the schedule of sky voice

I lived in Queens, New York from 2000 through 2002. My neighborhood falls under the intersecting air spaces from three airports nearby. The plan was to record the time that I hear airplane noise for three months, and create a schedule with a typewriter. Sad, several days into the project, navigation schedule and flight routs were interrupted by 911 tragedy. My work was terminated.

2002年居住的皇后區正好位於三個機場領空的交叉點之下，以一個季節的時間，分段將在屋內聽到飛機的時間打字下來，於是製作以一周為循環的時間表。不幸的的事，在相隔數天後，911改變了飛航的作息。
