An old map of Manhattan resembles the shape of the sweet potatoes sold at local markets. The gradual interaction of man and technology provides us with the precision of maps and urban prosperity. The tray (杯盤) in the work are used as a backdrop to depict the process by which sweet potatoes become food and this is then used as a metaphor for the evolution of the city. Visitors an tear away seven menus relating to sweet potato recipes at the bottom of the tray (杯盤), as preparation for tomorrow.
