The gradual interaction of man and technology provides us with the precision of maps and urban prosperity. The tray (杯盤) in the work are used as a backdrop to depict the process by which sweet potatoes become food and this is then used as a metaphor for the evolution of the city. Visitors an tear away seven menus relating to sweet potato recipes at the bottom of the tray (杯盤), as preparation for tomorrow.
